First maybe I'm a bit late.Lots of people already know about this card,and it's power to shut any monster's effect for one turn in opponent's main phase,so it could easily shut someone's JD,DAD,or Drill Warrior.
Being a level 1 monster might not really good since it also got 0 ATK and DEF. But that's not the point.It's effect being a quick effect makes it flexible and good whenever you need it.And being level one,it could be easily special summoned by many cards such as debris dragon,junk synchron,limit reverse(for it's ZERO atk point),graceful revival and also kinka-byo.
at some point kinka-byo and this card could be easily used to synchro summoned a formula synchron and could be tuned again with your stardust dragon for a shooting star dragon and mess your opponent's strategy.
