ah a new card for Tech Genus, i love it, and this is a promo card from WJMP, let's see at his effect first, and i'll said what the fuck?! this card is so awesome?!! i mean like i said in previous article, Tech Genus is very easy on swarming field with LV 5 Synchro monster, and with this, just how much + do you think you can get in one turn? not to mention his effect is also activated when opponent do a synchro summon, well i can said that many crazy draw combo will born because of this card, not only in Tech Genus but also in Dandy Warrior or Dandy Plant, oh his effect is also simmiliar to Card of Safe Return, although CoSR is activated when we summon our monster from the graveyard, while this card activated when both player summon monster from their extra deck (Synchro only not Fusion)
